A hotel dining room with aspirations. They have a fine, talented chef and just need to decide how upscale the market will support. Pleasant waitstaff, and a mix of hotel residents and the general public.

Bon restaurant dans un h&ocirc;tel vraiment super. Personnel tr&egrave;s agr&eacute;able, joli lieu tr&egrave;s bien d&eacute;cor&eacute; par le d&eacute;corateur de l&rsquo;h&ocirc;tel. Dans l&rsquo;assiette des plats simples, bien cuisin&eacute;s. Fish and chips beaucoup trop copieux et incongru sur la carte, j&rsquo;aurais aim&eacute; un fish and chips revisit&eacute; dans le m&ecirc;me esprit que la carte. Ou alors il faut que les serveurs pr&eacute;cisent que ce plat n&rsquo;est pas du tout revisit&eacute;. Sinon il &eacute;tait tr&egrave;s bon, mais ce n&rsquo;est pas ce que j&rsquo;attendais de cet &eacute;tablissement.

Good restaurant in a really super hotel. There is a very pleasant staff, beautiful place very well decorated by the hotel decorator. In the base of simple dishes, well cooked. Fish and chips too much too copiel and incongrue on the map, I would have liked a fish and chips revised in the same spirit as the map. If it weren&#39;t, it was very good, but that&#39;s not what I expected from this establishment.

Les mets &eacute;taient d&eacute;licieux, les proportions &eacute;taient parfaites.La viande et le poisson &eacute;taient savoureux et onctueux.D&eacute;cor agr&eacute;able (les plantes vertes par contre n&#39;&eacute;taient pas tr&egrave;s belles, &ccedil;a d&eacute;nature par rapport au reste de la salle) et intimiste.

The meat and fish were flavorful and onctuous.Decoration pleasant (the green plants were not very beautiful, it denatures in relation to the rest of the room) and intimate.
